5 Iyengar yoga classes over a long weekend. First class Friday 12 June - about 6 -8pm & last class Monday 15th am.

Fully equipped yoga studio on a farm in the beautiful Sintra National Park.

The nearest town is Colares - a 3 minute drive/15 minute walk. There are lots of AirBNBs in the area - it's a beautiful part of Portugal in the Sintra National Park about 45 minutes from Lisbon, on the coast. The sea is close - many beaches with coastal and forest walks.
